Submitting Images for the Website
All active members may submit up to 4 images for the PPF website. The Membership Page includes a thumbnail image of their work. This links to a page that features the 4 images of that member.
Here is what you need to submit:
4 IMAGES
Approx. 400 x 500 pixels
Maximum for Square is 450 x 450
(If you submit larger, they will be sized down.)
.jpg or .tif format
Indicate which image you wish to feature on the Membership Page
LOGO
Keep the file size small to moderate
.jpg or .tif format
INFORMATION
Include: Business Name, Your Name, Address, Phone Numbers, Email Address and Website Address
List: Up to 4 Specialties (Ex. Weddings, Commercial, etc.)

No captions or titles will be allowed with the images. Except for the items listed above, no additional information will be accepted for the web pages.
This is a service PPF provides to all "Active" members as described in the bylaws. (Article 3, Section 2) The participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information and the client's consent of the images submitted. By participating in this service, members agree to full liability and hold PPF harmless in any legal matters related to their information and images on the website.
